Welcome to episode two of DBC Diaries today's a special episode we have Ben pulski returning he did treatment last year Ben has an amazing backstory he's a bodybuilder he has held the title of Mr Canada he has been on stage at Mr Olympia he's been on stage at the Arnold Classic he is a top tier bodybuilder retired now and has an amazing company called muscle intelligence he's working with a lot of Executives business Executives and top performers in dialing in their health and just getting better performance so to get his performance better he's back here to do more stem cells and he's going to go over what he's seen since last treatment some of the injuries that he had like his Achilles heel his shoulder and just a big concern for organ and heart health with many years of bodybuilding so we'll get into all of that in this episode welcome back I'm Josh dream body clinic and we're going to get into it here Ben and his head trainer Gavin have arrived in Port of Von we welcome them at the airport and arrange private transportation to their hotel they'll be here in NOA varera in the beautiful Bay of Banderas today I am the chauffeur Ben and Gavin need to get from their hotel to the clinic and we're just so busy with patients right now I thought it would be easier if I just picked them up and took them myself which is what you're going to see here DBC Diaries day two this morning Ben and Gavin are ready to go to dream body clinic for their blood work after that we're going to get into just insights and progress and the significance of the stem cells in healing his injuries as a professional bodybuilder over many years we are back again in Port ofart Mexico at dream body Clinic we're here just doing blood work today a preliminary day before we get stem cells tomorrow um just about one year almost to the day maybe just over a year this is the first time here in btoa doing stem cells of the dream body and my results last year were just remarkable I had 300 million Ste cells IV I did an injection into my achilles injection in my shoulder and the benefit was just uh blew my mind to be honest while beyond what I thought so uh thought I'd get back here again and get round two just just truthfully at this point now to look what look and feel at what it feels like to reverse aging at this point my body feels amazing and I want to keep it that way as long as I possibly can so really this is an experimental attempt to see how long I keep my body functioning as young as I I can for as long as I can hey I'm Gavin I'm here with uh Mr Ben bolski so we're here to get some stem cell treatment it's my first time at dream body uh very professional facilities I'm enjoying myself so just have my blood work done today and uh looking forward to the stem cell treatment tomorrow we're here with returning patient Ben pulski and with his head trainer Gavin with muscle intelligence so it's been what about a year since we've been here so yeah how things been going no exaggeration truly remarkable so when I came in originally really didn't have any expectations I had a torn Achilles and a shoulder that just constantly popped out and I couldn't put my hand above my head little couldn't train so as you briefly mentioned I was a professional bodybilder for a long time put my body through a lot and uh just like wear and tear of the body over 20 years of of aggressive muscle accumulation just took its te took its took its toll in my body and uh 12 months later actually 3 months after the the procedure I was running again I was doing overhead presses that were heavy I was doing pull-ups just like completely rejuvenated so we're back to what I say is like rejuvenate the rest of the body now like what does it look like to start reversing the the damage that I accumulated through many years of pushing my body to the Limit it's so cool and it seems like that's a big Focus for you now you're looking at like all the different Avenues of Rejuvenation regeneration right trying to obviously I think we both do it we're kind of guinea pigs right and we like to pass that information on to other people so G and I both coach men over 35 who are executive entrepreneurs pro athletes you ultimately want to get the most of it Liv so we're coming here ultimately to show one what's possible uh see the amazing facilities and allow our guys to you know we kind of betting it for our guys like hey this is what this what did it did for us and we want to be able to put our stamp of approval on your amazing process which I've already done now he's got to do it for his guys that's perfect yeah so I think we both have the same goal Let's help more people let's help them I mean even if you don't live longer live better for that time frame is how I see it I love to push my body hard and like I don't like I always think people always Freedom right I want Financial Freedom like I want physical Freedom when I wake up in the morning I want to be able to do whatever I want whenever I want I want my body to support that and so I think being able to you know give my body what it needs to recover and you have so many great stories and I have so many great stories now people who have done themselves and just completely transformed my body yeah exactly and we just keep pushing it finding different ways to help people I mean help them get better and better cuz you've played with other things I mean here we do you know trt we do growth hormone but the main thing are the stem cells but I mean obviously you know you your experience with those things and on top I mean you're looking at what like plasma FIS we were talking about like that's really cool exploring every Arena of longevity from from nutrition to training optimization to you know whatever the biohacking modality is to stem cells and medical applications yeah that's cool one I play with sometimes have you ever like played around with mapo yep yeah love it does does anything get you more in the zone if you're doing cardio like you can run forever yeah it's it's a great tool for sure definitely traveling to knock out the the sleepiness very cool yeah not as many people are familiar with that but yeah it's you know there's certain pills there's certain like you know training things you can do a whole host of things so we're doing our best to help people here and I think one thing a lot of people question is look we're we're out of country we're not in the United States I grew up in the United States and you grew up in Canada right and that's most of our patients from those two place we get a lot from the UK too actually there's direct flights here to Puerto Vara from Gatwick or Manchester so get a lot of people there but we're I think all three of these countries we're not used to traveling abroad for things we assume what they do here is the best and I think more people are waking up that's not always the case I mean that's that's what happened with me my dad had L G's disease I saw how messed up the system was and it was a long journey getting here I kind of joke I force Gump my way down but we get to help people with that and I think a lot of people it's fear-based you know you hear bad things about Mexico Central South America all these different places and it's been my experience it's kind of unfounded you know if you're not going out to these bad places at like 2: in the morning it's kind of anywhere in the world you're probably not going to have bad things happen and so I think they're doing amazing medicine all over the world now and people hopefully will you know start realizing that and it'll bring more things back to the US Canada UK Josh I can't speak for all of Mexico but I can speak for dream body my experience here and it's just been remarkable from you know professionalism and being picked up from the airport and uh just every level of detail has been managed and and uh mastered and I'm I'm blown away and overly impressed with my experience well thanks and you got to see the old clinic and now the new one right so I mean you saw where we were and we continue to reinvest and make it stem cells and we have 20 million of fiolas okay so I'm going to mix everything for the injections combine it with your PRP oh all right so we're here with Ben again and Ben you were here last year doing treatment so we're just kind of curious like you know where you were at before where you're at now and now with treatments that you did today kind of where you expect to be I spent a lot of time you literally from the time I was about 17 years old aspiring to be a professional bodybuilder and really pushing my body in every direction so I know that I did a lot of damage I know that I um you know probably did some damage to my liver certainly my cardiovascular system um so first time coming here was just really experimental for me to see hey what can this do to regenerate my joints what can this do to regenerate my uh organs so you know as I said I didn't have any expectations I just wanted to come and kind of see what happened and the difference for me uh was just un un unbelievable truly like my achilles tendon which was torn um to the point that I couldn't literally I couldn't Flex my ankle I couldn't run uh I'm now running again full speed uh that was just remarkable and I felt completely different after about 6 weeks uh my shoulder I couldn't even put my arm above my head cuz it kept popping out gone and so this time coming back I was like well let's let's see what else we can we can heal and so coming back in doing the same shoulder again again the shoulder's probably 95% heal but I was like well we can make it 100% healed let's make it 100% healed um did the peash shot this time see how that goes um well actually we did the peot last time too didn't we did yeah cuz I J Campbell I think had told you like how awesome it is yeah yeah um yeah that oh that might did my face this time I never never thought I would like be Vain and like but you are the one who kind of pushed me over the over the the line cuz you're like don't do um what's it Botox just come and do stem cells cuz I was getting all these Les on my forehead and I was like well was consider body builders don't want muscle atrophy and Botox you know that the muscles start atrophying so rest day two we're doing blood work and payment day three treatment fly home day four in cases where we need to do an MRI that can add two more days or if we have to do workups on say heart or lung health for those treatments those can be Six-Day trips but for Ben and Gavin this has been a really fast easy 4-day trip they're going to be heading down south actually to a a conference they're doing
